Following the great success of last years ‘Light Trail’ we are going to host another this year.
Our plan is to flood the streets of Milton with light, representing Jesus being the ‘light of the world’.
We would like to invite you all to join in this fun by decorating one or more of your front windows in a light, bright, cheerful way.
You could use lamps, candles, fairy lights, colourful paper/fabric/decorations, etc.
Please ensure there are no decorations associated with Halloween, so it is clear you are not welcoming Trick or Treaters.
Your decorations can be as simple or as extravagant as you choose.
As we will create a Light Trail map it doesn’t matter whether you live on a busy or quiet road, people will still be able to find you and enjoy your decorated window.
If you join in the fun, no one will be knocking on your door, as at the end of the trail people are invited to go to collect some sweet goodies from the churchyard between 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
For those who will be going on the trail we invite you to dress in bright, cheerful, fun clothes (not Halloween associated outfits).
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Planning to join in the fun? Please email michelle.peters@allsaintsmilton.org.uk so I can start to plot a trail map.
