Remembrance Day (11th November) and Remembrance Sunday coincide this year. Everyone is welcome at the War Memorial to commemorate 100 years since the end of the First World War. Please arrive at the War Memorial by 10.50am.

At 10am Scouts and Guides parade to All Saints’ Church from the Community Centre. The congregation moves to the War Memorial for the Act of Remembrance at 11am. There will be two minutes of silence and the laying of wreaths.

A note to drivers: if you need to drive through the Coles Road/Fen Road junction at that time, do your best to schedule your journey that key few minutes earlier or later to avoid the 11am silence and wreath laying.
