The Planning Committee of your Parish Council meets tonight (Monday 17th November) at 7pm in the Bowls Pavilion. There are two new applications under consideration:

• S/3957/18/FL – 26 Fen Road, Milton, Cambridge CB24 6AD – Construction of two one bedroom semidetached dwellings.
• S/3280/18/FL – The Black House, Chesterton Fen Road, Milton, Cambridge CB4 1UN –– replacement dwelling
  then rebuild house with 2 storey extension: amendments – Revised site to include access to public highway and
  revised ownership certificate, revised flood risk assessment.
