Beginner’s running course for women

From 19th April, Let’s Run Girls will be starting a new beginners running session on a Thursday morning at 10am at Milton Country Park.

Let’s Run Girls hosts various 10-12 week beginners courses for women who want to get into running. These courses are suitable for absolute beginners

The Thursday session welcomes buggies, all women welcome to join not just mums.
