New Couch to 5km course

Starting 1st March there’ll be a new couch to 5km course for 10 weeks on Wednesday evenings, 8pm meeting at the community centre.

This is a free course for new or returning runners, and participants will gradually build up to running for 30 minutes (potentially 5km, depending on your speed) without stopping. It will be a very supportive atmosphere and everyone is welcome.

Participants can aim to do the Parkrun at Milton Country Park on 13th May, to show themselves (and everyone else!) how far they have come.

If you intend to come along it would be helpful if you let Bethany Gaunt know (email bethany.gaunt@hotmail.com) to give an idea of numbers.
