The Cub Scouts are appealing for your old milk cartons (with lids). The cartons will be made into elephants at the County Cub Camp on 11th/12th June. If you buy the modern milk cartons please rinse them out thoroughly, do NOT crush them, and drop them in the box outside Smalltone, Hall End before 9th June. 1 pint (500ml), 2 pint(1 litre) and 4 pint (2l) sized cartons would all be welcome but not the biggest 6 pint (3 litre) size, thank you.
