Would you be interested in getting involved and working with a small group of parish councillors to plan and design improvements to our play areas?

Milton is lucky as it has many play areas spread across the village. These were installed at the time the village was expanding and some have been in place over 30 years. They have been maintained and equipment has been replaced when necessary but the Parish Council is now looking to replace equipment and improve these areas.

If you would like to get involved and join a Playgrounds Working Party then a meeting has been arranged for 7:30pm in the Parish Office in Coles Road on 15th October to commence discussions. You can contact the clerk on 861447 or clerk@miltonvillage.org.uk for more information.

For anyone who is interested there is a show in Birmingham in November where the manufacturers set out their stalls (and you can try some of the fun equipment!), and of course it’s all there on the manufacturers’ sites on the internet.
