The sale for the Calais Refugees that was held in the church hall last Saturday raised £320. In addition donations currently exceed £230, meaning that over £550 has been raised in total. Some of this will be used to pay for transport of the donated items to Calais, some to provide more food/toiletry packages, and the remaining will be passed on to the Calais charities.

All donations of clothing/tents/sleeping bags etc were taken to the CalAid warehouse last Sunday, for distribution among the refugees.
