The Milton Gala Day and Fun Dog Show, which is held in aid of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices ( EACH) takes place this Saturday (16/5) at Milton Hall, Ely Road, Milton. The day starts at 11am and will finish at 3:30pm.

Now in its 11th year, the event promises the usual mix of stalls and games for adults and children with an animal petting area, bouncy castle and refreshments. New for 2015 is a Craft Fair with a range of great stalls due to be held in All Saints’ Church. There will also be a classic car display and members of the Totally Unstable Scooter Club will be attending to show off their scooters!

Back by popular demand from last year’s event will be the fun dog show, which will be hosted by STAR Radio personality Nicksy. The event will see categories such as handsomest dog, best puppy, best rescue dog and dog most like its owner. There will also be a chance for dogs to ‘have-a-go’ on agility equipment.
