The following planning applications are being considered relating to properties in Milton village:

• s/1987/14/fl – 22 Fromont Way, Milton – Erection of a two storey extension to front of dwelling.
• s/2099/14/fl – 40 Fromont Way, Milton – First Floor extension over garage.
• s/2155/14/fl – 5 Pearson Close, Milton – Single Storey Front and Rear extension and alter garage to living space.
• s/2232/14/fl – 6 Cambridge Road, Milton – Proposed erection of gates, associated brick piers and walls.

Among other things council will be discussing the recent problem with potato picking in Fen Road (see the milton-chat archive for details), parking on the corners of The Rowans, ongoing issues relating to North Lodge Park, a proposal to move the bus stop opposite the Waggon and Horses to be in Ely Road near the Anglian Water
pumping station (with southbound buses diverting via the from of the farm college), the continuing issue of pongs, a proposal for flashing 30mph signs at the (northern?) entrance to the village and to set up a working group to look at the southern entrance to the village.
