This Sunday (7/9) the Cambridge heat of the Spartan Race is being held in Milton Country Park. According to their web site Spartan Race is the world’s leading obstacle race series that challenges entrants to “discover their inner warrior”. More than 500,000 have taken part in Spartan races to date. In 2013, over 60 races will be held around the world.

The first heat takes part at 10am and the last at 1pm. Entry is free for spectators on foot however if you’re coming by car then parking it will cost you £5.
