We received an email from Richard Leyland this week which was intended for all of you:

I just wanted to say hello, and to give a little update on North Lodge Park, the new development of homes being built by Bellway at the North end of Milton.

My family and I moved in last week. We’re the first home to be occupied inside the development, though there are 6 occupied homes outside the main development, on the left as you enter. There will be a trickle of people moving in over the next few months, but it will likely be a year or more before all the homes are occupied. I believe it’s around 80 houses in total.

We’ve enjoyed our first few days here in Milton. The doctor surgery seemed very friendly, the Indian takeaway on the main road does a mean curry, and the Friday mums and toddlers group was great fun. We look forward to playing a part in the local community!
