The following planning applications are being considered relating to properties in Milton village:

• s/1833/13/ld – 12 The Oaks, Milton – single storey rear extension; conversion of garage.
• s/1965/13/nm – (Cambs Mencap), Rosewood, High Street, Milton – non-material amendment to planning permission s/0946/11 (Replacement Day Room) to allow the provision of a window in place of the approved glazed doors.
• c/11/40/072 – 50 High Street, Milton – carry out work to reduce crown by 4m, shorten side branches on tree in conservation area (silver birch in rear garden).

Other items being discussed include issues relating to recent graves at the cemetery, conifers and other non-fruit trees at the allotments, the proposed new skate park, and public recreation facilities at North Lodge Park.
