The agenda also notes that application s/0962/12/fl at 33A Froment Way for change of use from annexe to separate dwelling had been allowed at appeal. Proposed boundary fence shall be erected within one month and shall be permanently maintained as such thereafter; within three months details of a
scheme for screened storage of refuse bins for the dwelling shall be submitted to the local planning authority.
