The following planning applications are being considered relating to properties in Milton village:

• s/1104/13/fl – 307 The Rowans, Milton – conversion of existing detached garage.

Other items being discussed include the removal of signage in the Conservation Area, a report on the archaeology survey of the North Lodge Park site, a proposal from Cambridge Mencap to start putting commercial advertising in Edmund Close, and Milton Action for Youth (MA4Y).

Both the county councillor’s report and the one district councillor’s report that has been submitted note that a likely consequence of the development of Waterbeach Airfield is the dualling of the A10 past Milton.
