This Sunday (9/6) the College of West Anglia’s Cambridge campus, better known to us as Milton farm college will be throwing open its doors for an open day that promises something for everyone.
The event links with National Open Farm Sunday. Visitors will be able to explore the college’s Woodside farm to meet the animals. Horse lovers can visit their equestrian centre, meet the horses, enjoy some equine displays, ride the horse simulator and see their state-of-the-art equine therapy centre.
Visitors will be able to take part in competitions and tour the companion animal centre. Why not get up close and personal with everything from ferrets to snakes, rabbits to chinchillas, alpacas to tarantulas!?
Course information and advice will be available while the campus team will be on hand to offer guidance on the best way to achieve your career goals.
There will also be bedding plant sales, quad bike demonstrations, tractor tours and much more.
The campus, on Landbeach road, Milton, will be open from 10am to 2pm and both parking and admission is completely free. Visit www.cwa.ac.uk/openfarmsunday for more details.
