This Saturday (22/6) in Milton Country Park sees a family orientated celebration of everything that is weird, wacky and wonderful about Cambridge and cycling. Featuring a variety of fun activities for families to take part in, it run from 12pm to 7pm.
Exciting and unusual activities include:
- Bike decorating
- Pedal-powered music
- Ice creams sold from a tricycle
- Rollapaluza, a unique cycling sport
- Pedal-powered smoothie making
- Balance bikes, wacky bikes, old-fashioned bikes
- Bike-shaped biscuits
- Whyte Bikes
- Cycle maintenance
- scrap-heap challenges
- Music workshops for young people
- A craft market with stalls selling quality Cambridge or bike-related goods
- A Yarn bombed trail for youngsters to follow.
Behind this event
This event is a fundraiser for the all ability cycling project You Can Bike Too at Milton Country Park. To support YouCanBikeToo please text YCBT22 followed by an amount to 70070 or sponsor Ian online who did the Half Iron Man at Grafham Water on Sunday, 9th June.
