They will be considering a variety of issues including pest control at the cemetery and allotments, horse grazing, damage to play equipment, the grass cutting and general maintenance contract, the window and bus shelter glass cleaning contract, and a complaint about condition of wooden steps on footpath along bund from Butt Lane to Sycamores recreation ground.

They will also consider whether a tree assessment policy should be recommended for adoption by Council.
