Milton Country Park is hosting two running workshops on Sunday 21st October. Aimed at helping you run with more ease, less susceptibility to injury, and to become aware of and prevent habits that are limiting your performance. Each workshop includes short before and after running sessions with video analysis, Alexander Technique instruction, plus loosening up exercises and running drills to improve style and performance.
Stephen Bennett, chair of the Friends of Milton Country Park, did this course before his 10K fund raising run for the Park’s play equipment earlier this year and says he found it both practical and very informative. The workshops are suitable for runners of all abilities, from those looking to run their first mile, to those looking to run their next marathon.
