• s/1652/12/fl 286 The Rowans, Milton – Change of use of ground floor of building from toning studio (Use Class D2) to a hairdressers (Use Class A1) and change of use of part of first floor from a beauty salon (sui generis) to a residential dwelling (Use Class C3).
• s/1705/12/fl 27 Old School Lane, Milton – two storey side extension.

Other items on the agenda include:

• various meetings relating to the Eastern Electricity Board training site, which has now been bought by Bellway for development into homes.
