• s/2386/11 15 Humphries Way – two storey side extension and single storey front porch
• s/1790/11 Storage Yard, Cambridge Road – change of use from storage yard to fire training facility – amended plan (for information only)

The committee will also be discussing Complaints about apparent breach of planning conditions by Gemmix (see minutes).
