Your parish council Maintenance Committee meets at 7:30pm on Monday (13/12) in the Bowls Pavilion (although it may start a little later if the planning committee meeting hasn’t concluded). The parish council web site has the agenda online (Adobe/PDF, 108KB) online.

In a wide ranging agenda the committee will be discussing issues relating to the cemetery, the allotments, play equipment (including resurrecting the BMX track on the edge of Coles Road Rec), outdoor fitness equipment, the grass cutting and general maintenance contract for 2011/12, replacing the bench on Pond Green, and the duties of the village cleaner.

They will also decide whether to write to Tesco head office about the state of the areas around the store and will consider the County Council winter gritting consultation.
