We’ve mentioned already that in a change to the old days wrapping paper and Christmas cards should be put in the blue bin, not the black. There was some doubt expressed about this and so Cllr Hazel Smith has spent some time phoning around South Cambridgeshire District Council officers and has confirmed that we were right however for avoidance of doubt wrapping paper should go in the blue bin along with the cards, not the caddy, even though it’s paper.
