In the clerk’s/chairman’s report of this month’s parish council meeting there is a note that:

I happened to meet a Road Safety Officer and Police consultant who were
observing [the A10/Humphries Way junction]. Apparently there has been a disproportionate number of motor cycle accidents here and they are looking at ways to reduce the number of accidents. They will put forward suggestions for the road traffic engineers to consider.
