Urgent work on our computer server is scheduled for Wednesday 8th December 2010 and Thursday 9th December 2010. We will have no computer system on either of these days. We have therefore made the decision to not run routine clinics on these days for either Doctors or Nurses. The surgery will be open for any other business or for emergency/urgent appointments that need to be seen that day.

• We will not be able to do routine prescriptions
• We will have no access to patient notes
• We will not be able to look at test results
• We will not be able to make appointments for the day or future dates

We have decided to use some of the time for training purposes, the
Surgery will not be open on the afternoon of Thursday 9th December but
we will be operating an emergency telephone service, please call the
normal surgery number 01223 420511.
