The A14 is closed eastbound on Thursday night (18-19/11) from 9pm to 6am between junction 31 (Girton) and junction 33 (Milton) while they patch the highway. A signed diversion route will be in place for traffic wishing to travel eastbound on the A14 but that takes you down to Duxford on the M11 and then back up the A11.

That’s likely to be of little use to you if you’re coming to Milton so instead you will need to come off at junction 30 (Dry Drayton) and wiggle home via Oakington, Histon, Impington and Butt Lane. Alternatively you can continue down the A1307 into Cambridge from junction 31 (Girton) and then use Huntingdon Road, Victoria Road and Milton Road to get you home.
