These committees meet in the Parish Council Office on Coles Road on Monday night (28/6) at 7pm and 7:30pm respectively.

The exception is s/0717/10/f (wrongly listed on the agenda as S/07171/10/F) which is an application by Excelr8 Learning (UK) Ltd for change of use of a unit in the Cambridge Road Industrial Estate from general office to private tutoring learning centre.

The agenda also refers back to application s/1723/05/f relating to a fence at 22 Froment Way which appears to have been the cause of some local controversy, especially for residents in Condor Close.
