Rob Chapman, the chair of the parish council, has written to all allotment holders about an important meeting to do with the allotments however it doesn’t seem to have got to all of them, despite being posted on the council web site and noticeboards and being mailed to all allotment holders with email. So here it is again in the hope it might get to a few more people:

Dear Milton Allotment Holder,

The parish council is exploring an exciting opportunity to acquire more land for recreation facilities in the village which may have an effect on you as an allotment holder. I invite you to a meeting at the Milton Community Centre (MCC) Lounge on Thursday 8th April at 7.30pm where I will explain what we are looking into and offer you the opportunity to provide comments and feedback.

Please be aware that this is an important meeting to discuss the future of the allotments and I hope you will be able to attend.
