With effect from Sunday, 14th February Stagecoach is reducing the service 9 which goes through Milton on its way from Cambridge to Ely and Littleport and vice versa to the point where it’s of little use to villagers. The service was previously hourly but has now being reduced to two morning and one evening journey into Cambridge from Littleport and three evening journeys from Cambridge to Littleport.

This means it will no longer be possible to get from Milton to Ely or Littleport on the bus at any time other than the evening. The only way to get to Ely now will be to catch an X9 from the Science Park, having taken a Citi 2 towards Cambridge first.
