The Great Cam Clean-up (litter pick) takes place this Saturday (25/4) starting at 10am. This covers the Cam right down to Bottisham Lock so includes the section past Milton.

If you’d like to help please register with Luther Phillips on 07980 621761, and he’ll have a luminous vest and litter stick for you. Over 200 people are already involved. The main group starts at the Fort St George, but another group is setting off from the Conservators office at Baits Bite Lock, including cyclists. There will be canoeists cleaning up the river from the water.

There is also a barbecue afterwards in Cambridge for those who help.
