New planning guidance with respect to Trees and Conservation Areas has just been adopted by South Cambridgeshire District Council and is available on the SCDC web site.

Milton has two Conservation Areas. One at Baits Bite Lock and one including Milton Hall, the Church, bits of Fen Road and High Street near the Waggon and Horses, and Ely Road.

There is also a consultation happening now, on documents about Biodiversity and Listed Buildings. The latter document contains some good advice for owners of listed buildings which those of you owning listed buildings might find interesting.

With the deadline for responses at noon on 14 April now a month away, there is plenty of time for those affected to review the documents and send in your comments.
