The outline planning application for a Retirement Development at the Old Transmitter Site, Ely Road, Milton (the former EDF Depot) was approved by SCDC last week. It now goes to the Secretary of State as a small portion of the land is Green Belt.

The applicants will then have to put in a full application, which they will presumably do later this year.
