Our county councillor Michael Williamson is proposing to arrange a meeting for villagers with concerns about the new site with officers from the county council. He writes:

There have been lots of very useful comments on this topic on Milton Chat. I
think that it might be useful to set up a meeting with Alistair Frost (who
managed the construction project) and / or Campbell Ross-Bain who manages
all the Park and Ride sites. I could also try to get someone from Stagecoach
along as well. I shall try to set this up fairly soon. This would probably
be more useful than just raising the issues with Alistair at the Parish
Council meeting on Monday (although I wouldn’t want to stop free speech!)

Please could those interested in attending such a meeting let me know and
tell me whether they could, in principle, manage a meeting during the
