Today is the tenth birthday of the milton-news mailing list as according to the archive the first posting went out on this day in 1998. Over those ten years those subscribers who were there from the beginning have read 2,003 news stories.

Looking back at postings in
December 1998 we still didn’t have the cycle paths through the village, Jim, our parish council clerk, had just got his first email address and the village web site was still being hosted by the County Council so the village has moved on a bit in the last ten years.
