Your parish council meets at the Bowls Pavilion on Monday night (6/10) and are starting early at 7pm due to the long agenda.

In planning they will be considering again the application for a retirement community on the old Electricity Board site at the north end of the village. The agenda suggests that they are minded to approve it. Other applications being considering in the village are largely for information, have already been decided or are retrospective.

Other issues being considered include village maintenance, crime and disorder problems around Tesco, the community care warden scheme and the youth club.
