Your parish council meets tonight at 7pm at the Bowls Pavilion on Coles Road. The full agenda is
available online. The council have started putting supporting documents online too so it’s easier for those who aren’t councillors to understand what the items on the agenda are all about.

Among the items tonight are the presentation from the football stadium developers which has been mentioned here before, changes to the Citi 2 bus route, the long running saga of CCTV on the Jane Coston bridge, the future of Tomkins Mead, the rest of the country park and the rowing lake, an application for a grant towards storage materials for archaeological artefacts found in the parish, tariffs for the minibus for 2008, renewal of the village maintenance contract, and various issues relating to the youth building.

No planning application in the village are being considered.
