Our old friend the Union of South Africa, LNER A4 Class 4-6-2 no 60009, will be passing through Milton this Sunday on its way to Ely. You may remember a previous visit in February 2006. You can find timing online here and it looks to me like it’s due to pass the Fen Road crossing at about 13:22 going north and again at 17:55 in the dark going south.
