Pay & play. No membership fee.
We are a friendly adult group with male and female players of all levels from beginners to league level. We have members of various nationalities - we do not play matches with any other groups, as it is purely recreational and as competitive as you wish to make it.
You can attend any Tuesday and times to suit yourself during the session for all or part of the evening. We currently have an average attendance of 10-12 p/w and have two courts, generally play doubles on a mix and match basis and singles if numbers allow as players leave during the session.
You would be very welcome to come and meet us before you decide or just turn up and join in.

2k run for juniors only (4-14 year olds), marshalled. Parents can run with children or not, whichever suits them all. You can register online before your first event; you will then get a personal barcode which means you can see your time each week, so you can race against your own PB (personal best time). It's for every ability: walking round is fine and not at all unusual. You can take a buggy with a younger sibling if you are accompanying an older child.
Clubbercise, is a dance fitness class which is storming the nation.
Clubbercise with Amelia classes are at The Milton Community Centre every Thursday evening at 6.15 - 7.15pm.
Clubbercise classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lighting and flashing glow sticks set to uplifting club tunes. Tracks include anything from 90’s classics to the latest chart-toppers from the likes of Rudimental or David Guetta. The atmosphere is amazing! A high energy cardio, tone and combat workout. A friendly, inclusive and welcoming fitness community.
“I absolutely love finding new ways to help people keep fit - it’s something I’m really passionate about. when I discovered Clubbercise three years ago, I just knew other people would absolutely love it. I have loved exercising to manydance exercise programmes and formats for years and holding my Exercise to Music Level 2 industry qualification, I qualified as a Clubbercise Instructor in January 2020 and set up online classes firstly as the pandemic took my initial plans in a different direction. The routines are easy-to-follow which means you can really let go and enjoy the music, and you do not need to be a dancer. Plus, the classes appeal to a wide range of people because they’re so much fun and in the darkened environment, people feel less exposed and it doesn’t feel like a workout! The benefits though are amazing for physical fitness and for mental wellbeing” Amelia.
Classes are £6.50 online, £7 on the door and access to a 10 class pass monthly booking for £50 saving cost on booking more than one class a week.
Glow sticks can be purchased for £6 a pair (these are not essential though)

Let's Run Girls is a social enterprise which aims to inspire women to lead healthier, happier and more connected lives. There are a growing number of Let’s Run Girls groups across Cambridgeshire including here in Milton.
Our free weekly run sessions are led by a dedicated team of volunteer Run Leaders who are passionate about supporting other women to stay active through running but also get into running for the first time or return after a long break. We recognise that running isn't easy, especially when starting from the beginning, but the support and accountability that a friendly group of like-minded women can really help!
If you can already run for 30 minutes or so continuously, you’re welcome to join our steady run at any time of year and if you’re looking to get started, we suggest you join our 10-12 week beginners programmes which we run a couple of times a year. We meet at 7pm on Tuesday evenings outside the Village Hall. Find out more and register at https://www.letsrungirls.com/milton or contact letsrungirlsmilton@gmail.com for more information.
All ages over 18 and abilities welcome. There is a £5 fee per session, pay as you go. Come and join in the fun with a great group of ladies.
Come and join the Milton Walking Football Group! We are currently a small group of adults sponsored by the Cambridge United Foundation, in conjunction with Living Sport and the NHS, that meets once a week to enjoy walking football at the Milton Community Centre.
