On 15 August 2018 the Artworks group will be performing their show ‘The Greatest Show on Earth in Milton’ on the green outside Milton Youth Centre at The Sycamores Milton*. Doors will open 10.30am, with the show starting at 11am. Please bring your own picnic blanket or chair. Following the show refreshments will be available, with a BBQ to be paid for and entertainment until 2pm.

The show will take the audience on an adventure across the world discovering dancers, singers and dramas from different cultures. Mexican wrestlers, Hawaiian surfers, Samurai and some Latin tango dancers will all join forces to bring our Milton Circus to life.

Artworks is an energetic group that provides an opportunity for people with a learning disability (aged 18+) to be creative and take part in arts and crafts. It also offers people the chance to socialise and build new friendship groups. This is a vital lifeline for many people, offering the chance for friendships and company, which really improves people’s wellbeing. Volunteers support the service members to have fun and be creative. Artworks sessions run from 10-3pm on Monday to Friday.
