Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CPCCG) has launched a consultation for a future model of their Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services.
Local residents are invited to give feedback on their aim to provide a single service under one contract. Currently Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough are delivered by many providers, on different contracts, and with different service goals.
CPCCG believe a single service will improve access and equality of treatment for patients across the area. This new service will include patient transport and a call centre to take bookings – available to NHS staff as well as patients.
The consultation runs from 27th August 2015 to 5pm on 19th November 2015.
There are a number of ways to share your views:
- Complete the online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/NEPTS
- Complete the short questionnaire attached to the consultation document (Adobe/PDF, 285KB) and return it them by post (you do not need a stamp)

You can also:
