As you will know by now if you’re a milton-chat subscriber the One Stop store in the high street was robbed early this morning. Police have just put this out on ecops.
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery from the One Stop shop in Milton, at approximately 6a.m. today (April 7).
Cash was taken in the raid, which left two members of staff severely shaken.
Two men are believed to have been involved in the robbery, both are described as 6′ tall and aged in their mid-20’s.
Both were wearing orange high-visibility upper clothing.
Detective Inspector Simon Harding said:
This appears to have been a planned robbery. I urge anyone with information to come forward.

The store is currently close but hopes to re-open this evening.
