We weren’t blessed with great weather on Friday for the eclipse but villagers did their best to get photos and some succeeded.

Mark England went along the A14 to Titchmarsh and took some photos which he’s posted here on Flicker.

Meanwhile Elizabeth Oldham, who also lives in Milton but was in the Lake District researching walks for WalkLakes, was despairing of the weather too but then got a break in the cloud just in time to get this photo.
