In the latest issue of Village View, the White Horse article was accidentally missed out. It should have read as follows:

We are taking Christmas meal bookings, for lunchtime or evenings. Two to four courses available at a very good price for our delightful menu, which our chef will be cooking for all our guests that pre-book their meals and party groups.

On Christmas day we are open for drinks from midday to 2pm, to give our staff a day off to be with their families. Alan and I will be pleased to see you all. Boxing Day will be open as usual. Our kitchen will be open again from the 27th Dec, for those tired of entertaining over the festive time.

Monday 23rd will be our Christmas draw evening, which has always been a lot of fun. Wonderful raffle prises for just a pound a number.

New Years Eve we have Karaoke, so do come and join us to see the New Year in – it is for all the family.

Cash Bingo is still happening from 7.30pm every Wednesday. Free quiz night and chips from 9pm every Thursday. It has been wonderful to see a lot of new teams recently, so if you’re interested come and join in – winning team receives six free drinks at the bar. Our Bar Billiards table and pool table are in the Public bar for those that are not aware we have them.
