Your parish council is holding an extraordinary meeting this Thursday (29/8) at 7pm in the Bowls Pavilion on Coles Road Rec with a very short agenda (Adobe/PDF, 131KB). On staffing they are going to be asked to:
- agree to advertise for a new assistant clerk after the resignation of David Geasor
- agree the new payscales for the clerk and assistant
- review quotes for a new stable-style door for the office and agree a supplier
They are also again looking at legal aspects of a new house on land behind 53 Cambridge Road and will be considering a request from the families of the late Louise Smith and the late Joe Lee for permission to have a double size headstone, kerbing and other items on the grave at Milton cemetery.
