Our new commissioner is Sir Graham Bright, Conservative. He didn’t win outright: there was a run off with Ed Murphy, Labour. As predicted turnout was very low: 15.9% in South Cambs, 15.25% across the county with an unusually high number of spoiled ballot papers. No candidate lost their deposit. Full results are
