Gary Dew works as a volunteer with Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) in collaboration Cambridgeshire ACRE as part of the recently launched Community Champions scheme. The aim is to have volunteers in rural communities who are able to give fire safety advice and act as a referral point for CFRS.
