On Tuesday at 3pm there’s going to be a “street” party for the village at the Lion & Lamb organised by the pub and a group of local mums.

Fancy dress for the children – and adults if they wish! The pub will be providing juice, sandwiches and jelly & ice cream (all free) for everyone. They ask that you bring along a bit of party food to share – sausage rolls, cakes, fruit, crisps, cucumber & tomato, grapes, whatever…

They have a number of tables & chairs but if you have any you can bring please do! After tea there will be party games, pass the parcel, musical statues and musical chairs.
