Your parish council Planning Committee meets at 7:30pm on Monday (20/2) in the Bowls Pavilion. The parish council web site has the agenda online (Adobe/PDF, 60KB) online. The following applications are being considered relating to properties in Milton village:

• s/0010/12/fl 27 Fen Road – conversion of a garage into a habitable room
• s/0102/12/fl 53 Cambridge Road – dwelling

You may remember that the latter application was to be considered at January’s full council meeting but as there were concerns about possible damage to the walnut tree, the access and original conditions relating to Barnabas Court this was adjourned to this meeting to allow the clerk to undertake further research.
