Village Fayre

The village fayre takes place this Saturday (10/7) from 1:45pm to 10pm. The afternoon gets off to a good start at 1:45pm with a lively group of cheerleaders followed by Helene School of Dance, Raptor Foundation, Puppet Show, and finally Belly Dancers.

In a separate arena starting at 1:30pm the Wray Field Dog Agility Show is being held where anyone over five years old can participate for £1 with their own dog or have a go with one from the club. They will also be doing shows at 2:30-2:45pm and 5:15-5:45pm.

There will be live music throughout the day and into the evening until 10pm from the ever popular Melody Beats, Plan 17, and Midlife Crisis. There will also be numerous stalls and side shows including the birds of prey, reptiles,
Kidz Kartz, circus workshops, Hydrosphere Ball, Paint Ball Alley and a Ski Ride. There will also be a bar, Milton Brewery with their real ales, teas, coffees, a selection of food stalls and of course the Scouts with ever popular BBQ.

Andy Latcham is running a football tournament again this year, so if there are any under 12s who would like to take part then please ring Andy on 440642.

The committee always need help on the day so if you can spare a few minutes to help sell some raffle tickets, programmes, or help clear up after the fayre then please let them know. You can email them at miltonfayre@yahoo.co.uk or volunteer on the day: they will all be wearing red T-shirts with “Milton Summer Fayre Committee” written on them.
