Cambridgeshire Mencap, whose Edmund House homes lie in the heart of Milton, is looking for volunteers to help people with a learning disability.

You can make a big difference in a person’s life just by going with them to see a film, helping them to go bowling, or just popping round for a cup of tea and a chat. Just having someone to do these things with can help the person to build their self-confidence, interests and independence.

If you could spare just a few hours one evening every month then you could be doing something new, or something you already do and enjoy, whilst making a BIG difference in a person’s life.
